Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license
  • Some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

  • Ability to use computers and learn new software programs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good physical condition to lift heavy bags and perform manual tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift and handle customer bags up to 75 pounds
  • Load, unload, and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner
  • Operate company vehicles to transport bags on the tarmac
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Work varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
