Job Requirements

  • must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
  • some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • ability to lift and carry luggage up to 75 pounds
  • ability to operate reservation and ticketing software
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • lift and load bags onto belts and sort freight, mail, and baggage
  • operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags
  • work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • maintain timely departures and arrivals by handling baggage efficiently
  • assist customers with courteous and friendly service
