Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate computer systems and learn new software quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 75 pounds
- Valid state driver’s license with no restrictions affecting role eligibility
Job Duties
- Greet and assist passengers, provide seamless check-in and ticketing services using reservation software
- Rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes efficiently
- Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely
- Handle customer baggage with care and ensure timely delivery to destinations
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions maintaining safety and professionalism
- Adapt to variable work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
