Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
  • Some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift and handle customers' bags safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage ensuring safety and on-time departures
  • Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
