Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

- Ability to use reservation and ticketing software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and handle bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Valid state driver’s license with no restrictions prohibiting the role

- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Lift, load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage safely
- Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by handling baggage efficiently
- Operate company vehicles to transport luggage on the tarmac
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adapt to varying shift schedules including weekends and holidays
