Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must obtain security clearance
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to work outside in all weather
  • Good physical dexterity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must maintain a pleasant and cooperative attitude
  • Able to maintain composure under stress
  • Reliably fulfill job obligations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Must be available to work varied hours including swing, graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers
  • Complete all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers such as preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, preparing and issuing tickets, checking baggage, and collecting excess baggage charges
  • Complete necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers with reservations, standbys, luggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies
  • Guide passengers from the terminal to and from aircraft ensuring a safe path
  • Perform loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft
  • Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
  • Handle physical freight and company material
  • Marshall aircraft and equipment
  • Operate ground equipment, including tugs and belt loaders
  • Clean and service cabin interiors, including cockpit and lavatories
  • Use safety-related equipment and provide de-icing service when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
