Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must obtain security clearance
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work outside in all weather
- Good physical dexterity
- Strong communication skills
- Must maintain a pleasant and cooperative attitude
- Able to maintain composure under stress
- Reliably fulfill job obligations

- Ability to read and write English
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Must be available to work varied hours including swing, graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers
- Complete all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers such as preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, preparing and issuing tickets, checking baggage, and collecting excess baggage charges
- Complete necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers with reservations, standbys, luggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies
- Guide passengers from the terminal to and from aircraft ensuring a safe path
- Perform loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft
- Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
- Handle physical freight and company material
- Marshall aircraft and equipment
- Operate ground equipment, including tugs and belt loaders
- Clean and service cabin interiors, including cockpit and lavatories
- Use safety-related equipment and provide de-icing service when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
