Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent such as HSED or GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Task or equivalent project management software
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to operate a computer and standard office productivity equipment
  • Ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent such as HSED or GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Task or equivalent project management software
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong speaking and writing skills
  • Associates or baccalaureate degree preferred
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Quantitative research skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage logistics of the CCTI project ensuring excellent organization and communication
  • Schedule meetings take and distribute notes
  • Arrange meeting spaces hospitality and other event details
  • Schedule and coordinate research activities including class observations and focus groups
  • Manage task assignments of graduate and undergraduate assistants
  • Synthesize and report on results of observations and focus groups
  • Manage project files and materials using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
