Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and possess team building skills
- Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Basic food preparation and safety knowledge a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Drive sales through engaging food and beverage sampling
- Prepare, cook, and present sample products
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and equipment
- Interact with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Promote new products and provide detailed product information to shoppers
- Stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work independently while supporting team collaboration
