- High school diploma or equivalent helpful
- minimum of one year related job experience
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of custodial and janitorial tasks
- ability to handle trash management
- proficiency in concrete surface cleaning
- experience with light carpentry
- ability to assist with landscape duties
- willingness to work occasional overtime
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely
- personal etiquette and politeness
- willingness to rotate on-call service

Job Duties
- Perform custodial and janitorial duties in common areas and buildings
- manage trash removal and recycling processes
- carry out small maintenance and repair tasks including painting and carpentry
- assist with landscape projects such as planting and pruning
- respond to emergency maintenance situations
- support upkeep of interior and exterior building features
- perform general labor tasks as assigned
