Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting 100 plus pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work overtime weekends and night hours for on-call emergencies

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular daily onsite attendance
- Responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds buildings breezeways and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds buildings breezeways and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds buildings and other community features daily to identify minimize and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
