Job Requirements

- One to two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Apartment industry experience preferred
- Maintenance knowledge of dusting, vacuuming, and general cleanliness required
- Detail oriented
- Reliable
- Able to manage time well

- Knowledge of maintenance tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and general cleanliness
- Preferred experience in the apartment or property management industry

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain property including front walkways, sidewalks, decks, walkways, hallways, stairwells, office and lobby areas, patios, sport courts, pool area and furniture, garages, pet parks, and other amenities
- Empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Clean out vacant apartments and assist with unit turnovers
- Use blower in common areas as needed, cut and trim grass
- Prepare surfaces and perform painting projects
- Pressure clean common areas
- Ensure all inventory items are in good working condition
- Adapt to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures
- Perform physical activities including heavy lifting and climbing ladders
