Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 100+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

- Physical ability to perform demanding maintenance tasks
Job Duties
- Assist with carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance
- Perform cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify and correct hazards and liabilities
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program to extend community asset life
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked maintenance shop adhering to safety and OSHA standards
- Participate in unit inspections and report violations of community rules
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
- Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisors
- Participate in on-call emergency duties at the community
