Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping in all common areas including lobby, library, lounges, restrooms, swimming pool, exercise room, arts and crafts room, administrative offices, elevators, employee lounges, storage and compactor rooms, hallways and sidewalks
- clean doors, windows, glass, light fixtures, hand railings, pictures, mirrors, brass and stainless steel surfaces
- vacuum and sweep floors, dust furniture, walls, and woodwork in common areas
- extract and clean carpets when necessary
- inspect building daily and report unusual findings to supervisor
- prioritize work as directed by housekeeping supervisor
- perform other duties assigned by housekeeping supervisor
