- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to cope with and defuse difficult situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Required to complete Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within first 30 days
- Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt, and operate commercial snow blower
- Passionate about meticulous curb appeal

Job Duties
- Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily
- Assist in preparation of market ready units
- Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, and other areas
- Assist with property emergencies including snow removal and inclement weather events
- Clean available apartments, model homes, and common areas
- Address property maintenance concerns related to weather
- Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant and resident information
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with residents and agencies
- Report maintenance and life safety issues promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
