Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus
  • Good client customer service skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written communications
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and also independently
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn
  • Must be reliable and report to work as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms including sinks fixtures and toilets
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners clean receptacles as required
  • Wipe dust polish or clean surfaces including windows mirrors glass seats handrails walls counters
  • Vacuum sweep and mop floors and stairs
  • Clean seats and carpet with extractor when required
  • Restock supplies in bathrooms breakrooms and common areas
  • Maintain equipment in a clean safe and operable condition
  • Communicate with management regarding supply needs
  • Abide by all compactor safety rules and maintain compactor dumpster area cleanliness
  • Follow all building procedures to ensure a safe work environment and ensure the safety of theatre guests
  • Safely use all chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Other routine upkeep duties as assigned
