Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 100 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours
  • Ability to operate motor vehicles or golf carts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
  • Regular daily onsite attendance
  • Cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
  • Respond to resident and management requests and work orders
  • Ensure timely repairs and replacements in community areas
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify and address hazardous conditions
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain an organized and stocked maintenance shop following safety and OSHA guidelines
  • Participate in unit inspections
  • Report violations of community rules to supervisors
  • Use property resources economically
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
  • Participate in on-call emergency duties
  • Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
  • Project a favorable community image
  • Ensure consistency in resident interactions
  • Enforce delegated community policies
