Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions
Basic computer skills required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 100 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours
Ability to operate motor vehicles or golf carts
Effective communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive motions
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Community maintenance
Regular daily onsite attendance
Cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
Respond to resident and management requests and work orders
Ensure timely repairs and replacements in community areas
Conduct daily inspections to identify and address hazardous conditions
Assist with preventative maintenance programs
Maintain an organized and stocked maintenance shop following safety and OSHA guidelines
Participate in unit inspections
Report violations of community rules to supervisors
Use property resources economically
Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
Participate in on-call emergency duties
Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
Project a favorable community image
Ensure consistency in resident interactions
Enforce delegated community policies
