Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum of two years serving experience
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to squat and bend
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Neat and professional appearance with conservative grooming
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Able to work independently and follow directions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- At least two years of serving experience
- Bartending experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take direction
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- Provide menus and offer food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen or bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain clean and organized pool area including clearing dishes
- Anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly
- Upsell items and promote hotel amenities
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Collaborate with hotel staff for seamless service
- Deliver and pick up food and beverage orders at pool area
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and make recommendations
- Double-check orders before delivery
- Buss and collect dirty dishes, towels, and trash
- Maintain pool facilities, replenish supplies, deliver towels, move chairs and umbrellas
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
