Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- At least two years of serving experience
- Bartending experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication
- Able to work independently and take direction
- Ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift up to 8hrs
- Ability to squat and bend
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Conservative appearance and hygiene
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the pool area and assist them in finding suitable seating
- Provide menus and offer recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including clearing empty dishes and drinkware
- Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or special requests promptly
- Upsell additional items and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
