Job Requirements
- At least two years of serving experience required
- Bartending experience preferred
- High school diploma or higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication
- Able to work independently and take direction
- Ability to work effectively in stressful high-pressure situations
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift up to 8 hours
- Ability to squat and bend
- Ability to lift 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- Provide menus and offer food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate orders and relay them to kitchen or bar promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area including clearing dishes and drinkware
- Anticipate guest needs and address concerns or special requests promptly
- Upsell additional items and promote hotel amenities to enhance guest experience
