- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain tabletop cleanliness and stock, maintain cleanliness of service stations including supplies, condiments, linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and ice
- fulfill special guest requests such as making coffee and iced tea, refilling water, and assisting with special occasions
- prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes in the hotel environment
- communicate effectively with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure alignment
- perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
- uphold the highest standards of service hygiene and appearance
