Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain tabletop cleanliness and stock, maintain cleanliness of service stations including supplies, condiments, linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and ice
  • fulfill special guest requests such as making coffee and iced tea, refilling water, and assisting with special occasions
  • prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes in the hotel environment
  • communicate effectively with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure alignment
  • perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • uphold the highest standards of service hygiene and appearance
