  • Preferably has completed grade school education
  • six months of previous bussing experience is preferred
  • must understand and communicate in English
  • ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and move items weighing up to 200 lbs with a hand cart

Job Duties

  • Prepare and set dining tables, ensuring appropriate table settings and cleanliness
  • stock and maintain food stations to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • assist food servers by serving beverages, breads, and other items
  • transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area efficiently
  • respond positively to guest inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues
  • perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health standards
  • assist with napkin folding and preparation for meal services
  • restock condiments and sidestands as required
  • manage unexpected spills and special guest requests while ensuring overall guest satisfaction
  • participate in required team meetings
