Job Requirements

  • able to read and interpret directions on packages and can labels
  • able to do basic arithmetic
  • knowledge of weights and measures
  • able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • availability to work 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM shift including every other weekend and holiday rotation
  • capability to perform manual cleaning and sanitation tasks

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation or food service preferred
  • ability to read and interpret package labels and directions
  • basic arithmetic skills
  • knowledge of weights and measures
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • prepare and assemble food items according to guidelines
  • portion and distribute foods to patients and customers
  • stock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • sanitize utensils, dishes, and food service equipment
  • perform manual cleaning duties in the food and nutrition department
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • adhere to operational procedures and quality standards
