Job Requirements
- able to read and interpret directions on packages and can labels
- able to do basic arithmetic
- knowledge of weights and measures
- able to follow verbal and written instructions
- availability to work 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM shift including every other weekend and holiday rotation
- capability to perform manual cleaning and sanitation tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or food service preferred
- ability to read and interpret package labels and directions
- basic arithmetic skills
- knowledge of weights and measures

- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- prepare and assemble food items according to guidelines
- portion and distribute foods to patients and customers
- stock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- sanitize utensils, dishes, and food service equipment
- perform manual cleaning duties in the food and nutrition department
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- adhere to operational procedures and quality standards
