Job Duties

Set and reset tables correctly within the Santé guidelines
Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
Assist servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage
Maintain extensive knowledge of menu and food preparation
Apply some wine knowledge
Expedite clean products to all areas
Restock service stations
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations
Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
Perform other duties as assigned
Carry out side work duties
Maintain open availability for PM shifts
