Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests by providing excellent service
- Accurately take customer order and clarify any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and specials, and make recommendations as needed
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure that all orders are filled correctly
- Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and operate the POS system
- Follow recipes and standard procedures to prepare all food and beverages and ensure quality standards
- Maintain workstations and facilities by keeping all areas and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized
- Follow all food safety and hygiene practices
- Monitor and restock items such as napkins, pizza boxes, and condiments as needed
- Follow all opening, running, and closing procedures such as setting up, maintaining cleanliness, and closing and securing the store
- Operate equipment properly and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions to management
- Work and communicate effectively with other staff members and management to ensure a positive work environment
- Participate in all training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on procedures, new menu items, and company policies
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
