Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests by providing excellent service
  • Accurately take customer order and clarify any special requests or dietary restrictions
  • Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and specials, and make recommendations as needed
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
  • Ensure that all orders are filled correctly
  • Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and operate the POS system
  • Follow recipes and standard procedures to prepare all food and beverages and ensure quality standards
  • Maintain workstations and facilities by keeping all areas and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene practices
  • Monitor and restock items such as napkins, pizza boxes, and condiments as needed
  • Follow all opening, running, and closing procedures such as setting up, maintaining cleanliness, and closing and securing the store
  • Operate equipment properly and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions to management
  • Work and communicate effectively with other staff members and management to ensure a positive work environment
  • Participate in all training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on procedures, new menu items, and company policies
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures
