Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds intermittently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Completion of mandatory company training
- Must be bondable
- Willingness to work part-time hours
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Compliance with company grooming and personal appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and percentage calculations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete company training programs
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift weights between 25 and 75 pounds with assistance as needed
Job Duties
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- Follow through on customer requests
- Download internet orders, shop and bag orders per company policies
- Stage and load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Operate Point of Sale register and perform cashier duties during down times
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to health and safety standards
