Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be bondable
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally and use team lifting procedures for objects 50 pounds or greater
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear regularly
- Ability to complete company-required training including new hire orientation, customer service, safety, bagger and cashier technical skills, and product knowledge
- Ability to communicate in English with customers and associates
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Comply with company grooming and dress standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards
- Able to work flexible hours on a part-time basis
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, and percentage calculations
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be bondable
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- Willingness to participate in and complete required training
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Download internet orders and shop them following company policies
- Operate Point of Sale Register and bag orders per company policy
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and Corporate Office
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with sanitation and safety guidelines
- Assist fellow associates and perform additional duties such as bagging or cashier tasks during down times
