Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift weights frequently
- Must be punctual and reliable with good attendance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Must complete new hire orientation and related training sessions
- Must comply with all safety and hygiene standards
- Valid driver’s license and able to be bondable
- Able to work part-time hours as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or grocery experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and percentage calculations
- Ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be bondable
- Willingness to complete required company training programs
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a courteous, friendly attitude at all times
- Download, shop, and stage internet orders accurately following company policies
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate Point of Sale Register and assist as a cashier during down times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and comply with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management about requests, promotions, or issues
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting fellow associates with tasks and following company standards
