Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to participate in and complete all required training
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be reliable and punctual, informing management two hours in advance of absences or tardiness
- Must follow company dress and grooming policies
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and associates
- Basic mathematical skills to handle transactions and calculate discounts
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of company training programs including customer service and safety
- Must be bondable
- Positive interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds with assistance when necessary
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Download internet orders and shop these orders following all company policies and procedures
- Operate the point of sale register and bag orders per company policy
- Stage and load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management regarding orders and store operations
- Assist in other tasks during downtime, such as bagging or cashiering and support fellow associates as needed
