Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Must be bondable
- Ability to perform physical lifting up to 75 pounds and follow safety lifting guidelines
- Reliable and punctual with ability to notify management at least 2 hours before shift if unable to attend
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to participate in and complete required training
- Able to adhere to personal grooming and dress standards in compliance with company policy
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, and calculation of discounts
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully complete company training programs including orientation and technical skills
Job Duties
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service including making eye contact and smiling
- Follow through on customer requests and refer unresolved issues to management
- Download and shop internet orders following all policies and procedures
- Operate the point of sale register and bag orders per policy
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Comply with all safety regulations and report accidents or hazards
