Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, intermittently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance for heavy objects
- Willingness to work part-time hours as scheduled
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and occasionally stoop or crouch
- Must present a clean and neat personal appearance according to company policy
- Punctuality and reliability with advance notice for absences or lateness
- Must complete all required training and certifications
- Ability to understand and follow safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or retail environment is beneficial
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and discount calculations
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a team
- Valid driver’s license and bondable
- Completion of company training including customer service and safety programs
Job Duties
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and never be rude to customers
- Follow through on customer requests and escalate unresolved issues to management
- Maintain focus on customers during bagging and order processing
- Download internet orders, shop following company policies, and operate point of sale register
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles with care
- Maintain a clean work environment and comply with sanitation and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and management
