Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds with team assistance when needed
- Must be punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
- Ability to communicate in English effectively with customers and associates
- Must complete company training programs including customer service, safety, and technical skills
- Comfortable working in wet, humid, and potentially cold conditions
- Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Valid Driver's License and must be bondable
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Willingness to participate in and complete required training
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Download internet orders and shop internet orders following all policies and procedures
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Operate Point of Sale register and bag orders per policy during down times
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and Corporate Office
- Maintain adequate work area and complete all required paperwork
- Follow all safety regulations and assist in keeping the store clean and hazard-free
