Job Requirements

- Prior experience in ticketing or customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and leadership capability
- Availability to work non-exempt hours
- Basic computer proficiency

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in organizing and maintaining accurate reports and statements
- Leadership qualities and positive attitude
- Experience with theater or live event ticketing is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
Job Duties
- Manage communication and ticketing processes for season ticket holders, service center, general managers, marketing teams and partners
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills with proficiency in time management
- Provide consistent world-class service to all patrons via phone, in person or events
- Exhibit positive attitude and leadership behavior reflecting on the team and company image
- Develop box office statements for shows and coordinate with venues
- Process company orders and serve as key communicator with Company Manager for local shows
- Communicate inventory needs to Ticketing Manager and manage allotments
- Serve as backup support to Service Center sales staff
- Assist with processing renewals, new acquisitions, upgrades, and changes
- Fulfill subscriber benefits including additional tickets, exchanges, priority offers
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and special reports as required
- Collaborate with managers and marketing to meet theatrical service standards
- Support service initiatives by managing customer email communications
- Undertake special projects as directed by leadership
