Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent enrollment in an active high school or GED program
- Previous job experience of at least one year may be accepted in lieu of diploma
- Desire drive and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Act 34 clearance

Job Duties
- Greet patients and families warmly providing verbal direction and escort assistance to visitors and patients
- Clean and organize assigned areas including patient rooms public spaces and equipment
- Assemble and serve meals according to diet orders and maintain food safety protocols
- Transport patients and patient-specific equipment safely between units and treatment centers
- Retrieve set up and clean telehealth carts for patient appointments ensuring functionality
- Manage ordering organizing and delivery of unit-specific supplies equipment and medications
- Answer unit phones respond to call lights and interact with patients to assess their needs
