Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent enrollment in an active high school or GED program
  • Previous job experience of at least one year may be accepted in lieu of diploma
  • Desire drive and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Act 34 clearance

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and families warmly providing verbal direction and escort assistance to visitors and patients
  • Clean and organize assigned areas including patient rooms public spaces and equipment
  • Assemble and serve meals according to diet orders and maintain food safety protocols
  • Transport patients and patient-specific equipment safely between units and treatment centers
  • Retrieve set up and clean telehealth carts for patient appointments ensuring functionality
  • Manage ordering organizing and delivery of unit-specific supplies equipment and medications
  • Answer unit phones respond to call lights and interact with patients to assess their needs
