Job Duties
- prepare pies and other line dessert items
- follow recipes accurately
- manage ingredients and inventory
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- communicate ingredient needs effectively
- work efficiently to maximize prep within scheduled hours
- report directly to the Chef Owner
