- Previous experience in pastry or baking preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work part time
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Review production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced
- Prepare and cook baked goods according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance internally and with the State
- Fulfill special requests involving food allergies, dietary restrictions and special occasions
- Prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes in baked goods
- Communicate with other departments and hotel team to ensure alignment and consistency
- Report and work with other positions to correct any issues
