Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- completion of company training including food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
- ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
- willingness to participate in training and teamwork
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to perform standing, walking, reaching, and handling tasks
- adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months of related experience or training
- culinary experience
- sales experience
- ability to read and write in English
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- knowledge of cooking terminology and food safety practices
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
- ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- Process and package foods ensuring quality and safety
- Stock products efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Unload stock deliveries
- Reload salvage products following standards
