Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • completion of company training including food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
  • ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
  • ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
  • willingness to participate in training and teamwork
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • physical ability to perform standing, walking, reaching, and handling tasks
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months of related experience or training
  • culinary experience
  • sales experience
  • ability to read and write in English
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • knowledge of cooking terminology and food safety practices
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • ability to follow detailed instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare products according to Fresh Foods Standards
  • Process and package foods ensuring quality and safety
  • Stock products efficiently and accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Clean and maintain work areas
  • Unload stock deliveries
  • Reload salvage products following standards
