Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Completion of company training programs including food sanitation and safety
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Willingness to participate in team training and development
- Ability to work in a moderate to loud environment with temperature variations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Knowledge of cooking terminology, ingredients, and food safety practices
- Ability to read and write simple English correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to use kitchen equipment and cooking methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- Process and package products maintaining quality and safety
- Stock products and replenish inventory shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Clean work areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Unload stock deliveries safely and efficiently
- Reload salvage products following company guidelines
