Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with a diverse range of people
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like lifting and bending
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- willingness to engage in customer service and sales activities
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate effectively with clients and store team members regarding events
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and breaking down events
- assist customers in shopping and locating products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote rewards programs and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- assist with omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
