Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- standard computer/technology skills
- customer service background preferred
- security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
- ability to interact calmly and professionally with a wide range of customers
- great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout shift
- ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
