Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- fluent in English
- ability to make accurate cash transactions
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- able to stand for about 4 hours at a time
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to lift up to 35 pounds
- must pass a criminal background check
- available for weekday and weekend assignments
- willing to work mandatory events
- able to work at least 60 percent of arena events during hockey and basketball seasons

- ability to make accurate cash transactions
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors

Job Duties
- Collect parking payments from patrons
- distribute parking vouchers
- direct guest vehicles into appropriate parking lots, roadways, and designated areas
- facilitate efficient traffic control before and after arena events
- provide excellent customer service and assist patrons with questions
- maintain order and safety in parking areas
- report any irregularities or issues to management
