Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible hours including event-based evening shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of local area and directions is a plus

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests upon both arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and while making direct eye contact
  • Exemplify the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform and appearance standards, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner and thanking each customer at the end of each interaction
  • Assist customers with their transaction processing either through credit card or validation using facility equipment in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures
  • Being knowledgeable about the surrounding area including but not limited to directions to highways, facility attractions, etc. in order to provide customers with detailed and accurate assistance
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times including but not limited to picking up
