Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • two to three years of business experience preferred
  • computer literacy
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask and handle emergencies
  • customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lift 30-50 pounds
  • ability to stand or sit for long periods
  • ability to work extended hours and weekends
  • ability to navigate the property quickly
  • follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • college level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • two to three years of business experience preferred
  • computer literacy with command of information system hardware/software preferred

  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • multiple language fluency is desirable

Job Duties

  • Greet and meet residents
  • check guests and service providers in/out
  • understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitor and operate electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms
  • resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues
  • maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
