Job Requirements
- experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management or willingness to be trained
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
- basic administrative skills
- ability to work independently during night shifts
Job Duties
- greet incoming guests and residents including their furry family member
- answer incoming calls and take down leasing or business-related information
- log packages and conduct package audits
- assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns
- respond and coordinate service requests with the maintenance team within 24 hours
- work on administrative projects during quiet overnight hours
- walk the building to check doors and monitor security cameras
