  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and sales terminals

Job Duties

  • Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's Outlets
  • Seek out customers to understand their needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
  • Respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions by guiding them through the store and their projects
  • Communicate product information including stock, special orders, feature benefits, application, and warranty details
  • Support checkout functions, equipment rentals, and requests for assistance
  • Cross-train in other Outlet areas to deliver best customer service
  • Generate leads for Project Specialist Exterior programs by engaging customers in project discussions
