Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using sales terminals and mobile devices
- Knowledge of home improvement products is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to maintaining store safety and cleanliness
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as stocking and loading
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Pro customer programs is advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service at all times
- Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- Respond promptly to customer and employee questions
- Communicate information regarding stock, special orders, and product benefits
- Support checkout functions and equipment rental contracts
- Cross-functionally train in other Outlet areas
- Generate leads for Project Specialist Exterior programs
- Use store systems for inventory and pricing
- Restock merchandise and maintain stock areas
- Monitor store entrances for security and assist with alarm triggers
- Detect signs of theft and communicate to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and work areas
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Operate store equipment as required
- Assist Pro customers with product selection and loading
- Enroll customers in Pro programs and process orders
- Display accurate pricing and signage
- Complete freight and merchandising fulfillments
- Process returns and support deliveries
- Inspect and clean store interior and exterior areas
- Identify and fix safety hazards
- Perform other duties as assigned
