Job Requirements

- Familiarity with safety and loss prevention practices

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) terminals and related technology
Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's Outlets
- Seek out customers to understand their needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise
- Listen and respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- Communicate information about stock, special orders, product features, warranty, and programs
- Support checkout functions, equipment rentals, and departmental requests
- Cross-functionally train in other Outlet areas to enhance customer service
- Generate leads for Project Specialist Exterior programs by engaging customers
- Use store systems to prioritize loads, print pricing labels, and check inventory
- Down stock merchandise and prepare merchandise based on customer specifications
- Monitor merchandise entering and leaving store, detect signs of theft, and communicate to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through housekeeping standards
- Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and conducting reviews
- Operate store equipment such as Zebra phones, CCTV, pallet jacks, and lifts
- Assist Pro customers with product location, loading merchandise, and enrolling in programs
- Process walk-up, phone, email, and online orders, verify vendor information
- Display up-to-date pricing and signage and process sales transactions
- Complete freight and merchandising shipments, verify order accuracy
- Coordinate and support deliveries, inspect and prepare merchandise
- Maintain store cleanliness in interior and exterior areas
- Identify and resolve safety hazards and perform preventative maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
