Daniel S. Frawley Stadium is a renowned sports and entertainment venue that hosts a variety of events, including the exciting baseball games of the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality management preferred
- must be available for the majority of all Blue Rocks games (66 total)
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe equipment operation
- ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- proficiency with POS systems and basic technology troubleshooting
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Oversee all operational aspects of the assigned concession stand during games and events
- supervise, train, and manage concession stand employees, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance
- delegate responsibilities and assign positions to staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
- serve as the primary point of contact for the stand during games, addressing operational issues and guest concerns
- ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and equipment handling standards
- maintain cleanliness and proper sanitization of food preparation areas, service areas, and equipment
- monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of menu items, condiments, paper goods, and supplies
- communicate inventory needs and coordinate restocking as necessary
- demonstrate a high level of proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems to troubleshoot issues and assist employees
