Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Possess required state-issued alcohol serving certificates or show proof of obtaining one before first shift
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and guests
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours on event days
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Represent the Blue Rocks in a professional and energetic manner at all times
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to credit transactions and reconciliations
Job Duties
- Responsible for setting up the suite with appropriate equipment
- Responsible for serving menus and taking day of event orders
- Responsible for using a point of sale system for inputting orders and relaying these orders to the kitchen team
- Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests
- Responsible for using the point of sale unit to calculate the cost of each suite’s order and processing corresponding payment
- Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the guests have left
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Maintains the Suite Pantry so it is clean and efficient during and after event
- Must demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed a standard for excellent attendance
- Other duties as assigned
