  • one year of retail or related experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
  • operate cash register and process various payments
  • stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise
  • maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
  • use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
  • notify manager of supply needs
  • comply with company policies on security, cash handling and product management
  • maintain clean and well-stocked department
  • communicate company programs and promotions to customers
  • follow all PPE and safety guidelines
  • follow food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • perform tasks in other departments as needed
  • additional responsibilities as assigned
