Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register and process various payments
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- notify manager of supply needs
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling and product management
- maintain clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs and promotions to customers
- follow all PPE and safety guidelines
- follow food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform tasks in other departments as needed
- additional responsibilities as assigned
