Job Duties
- Welcome each customer with a smile and a complimentary bottle of water
- Engage customers in their vehicles to identify and qualify service needs
- Communicate shop services and educate customers positively
- Safely guide vehicles into service bays
- Check and adjust tire air pressure
- Wash customer windshields
- Gather basic customer and vehicle information
- Conduct brief visual reviews of vehicle condition
- Operate oil evaluator machines for service recommendations
- Proactively greet vehicles to encourage service
- Maintain water supplies stocked and cold
- Ensure windshield washing buckets are filled with clean water and solution
- Keep customer-facing areas clean and ready
- Support service team with additional shop duties as needed
